What do you put in your egg salad??

Yes, it's lunch time and I'm having egg salad. That has to be one of my favorite sandwiches... especially if you add lots of bits and pieces to it. My favourite is dry onion flakes and a little bit of relish. I'm thinking about adding sunflower seeds next time!! What do you add to your egg salad or do you even like it?

I love egg salad but I only add mayonaise to mine. I don't like anything crunchy in my eggs or egg salad.

The dill pickles would be good too. We add a couple of spoonfuls of relish, but the dill pickles would be better I think!!

I don't know if I mentioned it, but I add dried onions when it is first made and then sprinkle more when I make the sandwich. I do like the crunch lol!

I use mayo, mustard, pickle or relish, black pepper, paprika and onion powder.
