Where did you meet your spouse?

I was reading another discussion and thought of this question. Where did you meet your spouse or your significant other? Was it a bizarre, chance meeting or was it more "normal"(whatever that means).
I have a friend who met her husband in an elevator. They worked for different companies and used the same elevator day in and out. One day they started chatting and - almost 7 years later - still together.
Seems strange but romantic to me. I am a singleton personally and beyond annoyed and on sabbatical from anything to do with online dating or "blind dates" set up by over-eager friends.
Lets hear your story!

My boyfriend and I knew each other in school then when I graduated in 2002 we lost contact with each other. Then 5 years ago we met on facebook and hooked up and been seeing each other ever since then.

Mine was actually a blind date for New Years Eve set up by my sister! He had just come over from England and I fell for the accent right away lol. We were married a year later! :) It will be 40 years for us this December. We were both babies when we got married in case any of you are wondering!!

I've been divorced for 22+ years and now a widow. However, we met in the Navy. We worked for the same command and I saw him every day.

On facebook. Really worth it. Sweet, caring. Things just going the way we thought. Two years together, still going strong
