A good lifestyle is always a good mechanism against the diseases. A good lifestyle is all the more important in minimizing the heart problem and in overcoming the heart diseases. The changes in lifestyle for healthy heart constitute; If watching a T.V for 2 hours a day increase the heart problem by 15%, doing exercise for 30 minutes can comfortably makes the heart healthy and improves the blood circulation and controls the blood pressure as per the recent research of the Harvard University. Most of the reasons for the heart problems are due to increased intake of cholesterol-rich food which can be voided and a shift to proteins like chicken and fish is always advised to keep the heart problems away; A proportionate body weight will always be helpful to have good blood circulation, and good body fluids one can keep the fatigue away which may affect the health of the heart; The stress which plays a vital role in damaging the heart can be removed by taking a good physical exercise. The physical exercise will improve the physical and mental makeup and an additional physical exercise will definitely work positively in confronting the heart problems.
