Why girlfriend and boyfriend are possessive in relationship

I also faced a situation earlier in my life when I was in relationship my boyfriend was very possessive about me and some time I feel that he is rude.
If I talk to someone why you are talking with them, I got frustrated and end up that relationship .
I analyse that it is not with me it happen with me it happen with so many relationship where possessiveness become problem in relationship

The act of possession should pertain to posses material things not someone´s individuality!

Possessiveness can be due to several factors. Sometimes you treasure your relationship so much that you cant tolerate the idea if it being ended so you overreact.In such cases possessiveness is decreased as relationship settles down with time. However in other cases people try to control life of their partner, such people are evil and dangerous, its better to stay way from them.

I know a couple right now where the husband is very controlling and jealous. It has not worked out well for them either. When someone is like that they will not have any successful relationships.

It cannot be true if it is done forcefully. Love should be from within.
