Can not see swagbuck TV on my laptop

I am albe to hear it I am getting my points but the video is stuck on some black adversing screen. When It does this I have to go back and forth to get to the next video . Most of the time it goes on auto matic. Ok that it for now.

I have not been doing Swag since I got this new computer. I read the Facebook page and a lot of people suddenly can't do swag on their tablets. It has to do with updates, I think. I don't think swag really cares. I could be wrong.
