Civil War Team Captain America or Team Stark?

My sister and i had a heated debate over who we think is the right team to be on. Cap is all for civil rights and against S.h.i.e.l.d. but I agree with hero registration. Im team Stark. I came here to get the opinions of the internet!

I am inclined towards team Stark. However marvel comics is much more fun, its movies are kind of redundant now with overdose of VFX.
