The Marathon I Won't Be Running

It's coming on our street Saturday and we're hoping it doesn't cause issues trying to get to work. I do plan on letting my supervisor know and really hope they are understanding.
I get the whole idea of the marathon but when it causes issues for people who have to travel that day, I'm not so understanding.
Hopefully we can get out and on our way before they get to our area in the morning.

I would be willing to do that but I ride with my son and getting him out that early is near impossible.

@irishidid True, especially when it is a Saturday, and everyone sleeps in, and you want to wake him up.

I'm not running in the marathon. I've got to get to work through the mess it will create.

Knowing management, they will say just start for work even earlier.

It really depends on how busy we are on Saturday. I work at a hotel so they may just say stay the night. LOL

I m planning to run half marathon this december.
It will be awesome. Its is 21kms.
