~Brushing Teeth~

How many times a day do you brush your teeth? Supposedly you should brush after every meal, but let's face it, who carries a toothbrush and toothpaste with him/her all day?

twice a day here too Once in the morning and once before bed I know my teeth are clean, there is no way I'd brush after I ate each time.

I do too. In the morning and night. I usually don't carry my toothbrush with me to brush in the middle of the day. Thanks
