Cancelled / myLot

I am a bit more excited then I should be but my son's T-ball game is cancelled tonight! I just got a text message from the coach that the game is cancelled due to the high winds. Since I already started dinner and have nothing to do for the rest of the night I might just get the rest I am wanting. Maybe we will bake some cookies or cupcakes with our free time and talk daddy into picking up the new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie on his way home.

It was a nice relaxing evening. We just had dinner, did some homework with my son then watched TV and went to bed early.

It's a good feeling to have a little extra free time and have some nice fresh baked cookies and watch a movie.

I ended up making a 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie. My husband isn't a fan of peanut butter cookies so that means more for me.

It's good thing he doesn't know that the game got cancelled, at least you got more free time with each other and more rest for you.

That is good otherwise I would be having to explain why it is cancelled over and over again. Sometimes three year olds can be the hardest to get things across to.
