Okie dokie so I ended up feeling better later on today and I was able to do 68 minutes of Zumba! Added another video to the list. I feel great for doing so too. I had a big lunch but still ended up under my calorie allowance for the day. I am still not hungry and I had lunch at around 2pm. It is now 8:38pm. I am so happy that I went for a little walk with my son too. I am going to do some yoga so I can stretch out and hopefully not make myself more sore.
What healthy choices have you made today? How is your fitness journey going?

Hi, I liked your post a lot. I am trying to find time to try a Zumba class.
I run every day before going to work.
For me, doing exercise is important, not only to feel good physically but, mostly psychologically.

I used to love taking my kids for long walks in their strollers when the weather was nice. The longest I went was about 5 miles with both of them in the jogging stroller. We have a lot of hills to go up and down that are very steep so it was a big workout with the weight of them being about 80 pounds and me being 100. I tried Zumba once and I cannot dance so I literally quit after trying for about 2 minutes lol. Zumba is just not for me. Keep up the good work on your fitness journey.

i cant dance for nothing either but I have lots of fun just trying to follow and sweating my butt off

The first choice I made today was to wake up early and not to sleep in , which made me feel refreshed and even better after the cup of green tea on empty stomach also I exercised for about an hour and a half with help of a Nike training club app which I found online it is very helpful.And I also went for a walk by the beach in the evening to clear my mind.
