We all know pretty well about the various uses of Green Tea. It is very effective in removing toxins, keeps the brain fresh, removes the problem of indigestion, acts as a slimming product...blah..blah...But, few people know how to take it and when to take it to obtain the optimum benefit of Green Tea. Here is the secret revealed.
The Green Tea should be taken in a quantity of a full cup during night time before going to bed.
Always use Green Tea long leaves only. for effective results. Do not go for bags.
Never add any milk, lemon or sugar to the Green Tea.
Again it should be taken half a cup.
Just an hour before your lunch take any juice having vitamin C.
Continue the process for 5 days. The difference in your health can be found aptly as most of the benefits will work out with this cycle only.
