The moment one get out of morning bed he searches for a drink that rejuvenates his mind, body and senses. Immediately he searches the pack, his favorite pack of Tea.
Tea is available in various varieties with names such as Green Tea, Black Tea, and Yellow Tea each having its own health benefits. The Tea is prepared from the leaves of a plant. The plant will be of 2 meters height. In India, it is available with the names Assam Tea,
Darjeeling Tea and Nilgiri Tea.
Tea in India is prepared with a vaious combinations. People prepare tea with a combination of Green Ginger, Dried Ginger, and Lemon. There are also some who prepare decoctions using various herbs and give the name Tea like Green Grass Tea.
But which combination is good for health is a serious question which needs a proper consideration.
The Tea is prepared and some crushed Green Ginger is added to it which boiling. It is generally preferred in the Telangana State of India which can be taken only in the morning and not more than that and that too it should be avoided during summer seasons.
The Dried Ginger is made into a nice powder and is mixed in a tea. This is good. It can be a good substitute for a Coffee. It can be taken in small quantities 2 or 3 times in a day and can be taken even during summer.
The Lemon Tea is can be taken even during summer as it works as a heat reducing agent. Here the lemon is added to Hot tea. No milk is added. it will be quite tasty than the rest of the two above but it would be better if consumed only morning and evening. In some places, the stalls add honey as a substitute for Sugar.
Pudina Tea is taken just for relaxation and for a change. Here Pudina leaves are added to the hot decoction. Sugar and Lemon are also added. It can be preferred only once as it has got some lemon in it.
NOW IT IS FOR YOU TO DECIDE WHICH ONE SHOULD BE PREFERRED AND WHEN.
