Is there a given age where one could say that he or she is eligible to get married

I have heard quite often people getting into serious discussion as to what is the best age for one to get married.Some people talk of 30 years of age as the most favorable and others 40 years and above and others feel it should be below 30 years of age. But then may be age should not really determine entry into this institution of marriage.First you need to ask yourself a few questions;are you in a healthy relationship that you can take to the next level or are you through with your education such that no learning will be disrupted on getting marriage?,just to mention the two. So if the answer according to you is positive,then its okay for you to commit yourself.
