Thanks to TCM, I feel like my Beloved Husband is back at my side and we are once again watching a movie we watched more times than I can count. "Young Frankenstein". Nothing made us laugh more, trust me. Mel Brooks is a genius. Put him together with Gene Wilder and...oh my gosh, there's no end to the hilarity. For me, there is no better monster than Peter Boyle. When I think of that man and remember his particular genius, yes, I know he was wonderful in "Everybody Loves Raymond", but I remember him more for this particular movie. Peter Boyle was completely brilliant! Then add Cloris Leachman, another brilliant actor. I loved her in The Mary Tyler Moore show, of course. She's had a wonderful and long career. and when I think of her, I laugh remembering this movie. So I know I'm going to have a great couple of hours, laughing and remembering my husband laughing with me. -Claudia-
