Too much tension in labour dependent work

Hi friends , Are you running a business involving labour and worker dependent work. Business like restaurant , factories ,and kind of service and installation requires labour .And without them you cannot run your business. Today same thing happened with and my workers have dissapointed me today by not attending the service inspite of double payment being promised to them.
