My funny ditzy moment today...

Well my husband said my tires were good, because I told him they felt funny like they were low on air or going bad or something. He thought I was just being paranoid. So I talked to my mom about it & she said air them up. So when I left her place I went to the gas station. I went to the air & water pump, put my 75 cents in grabed a hose looked at my tire & TRIED to air up my tire. It didn't work so well. Fortunately for me this nice man helped me out. He took the water hose from me and grab the air hose & aired up my tires. They are supposed to have 32-35 pounds of pressure in them. One had 15, another, 10, another 40, and one was a donut b/c it had just blown (but my husband replaced it once I got home from the gas station). I'm so lucky I stopped - that was an accident waiting to happen. And I'm so lucky that man helped me. That would've been embarrasing to have to explain why my tire was filled with water!
I'm sure he had a good laugh. I called my husband when I was on my way again & we both had a good laugh over my ditzy moment! LOL.

LOL! Wow.. I'm glad that that man was there to help you. What a cute story! I enjoyed reading it! ^_^ I've never had anything like that happen to me, but then we haven't had to put air in our tires all that often. I'll be sure not to grab the water hose next time! ^_^

Yeah, good thing he was there & was nice enough to point out the correct hose.
Could you imagine driving down the road hearing a sloohing sound?
Try explaining that to your husband or repair shop.
LOL

Wow, thank goodness that guy helped. It is very important to keep the correct amount of air in your tires. I am glad you have it all fixed now.
