IN Quezon City Circle, there's a park where they put therapeutic stones so people could intentionally walk on it for massage purposes. I like walking barefoot in a seashore.

Me too. But I cannot do it everyday. Not even every weekend. Love the beach sand.

Walking barefoot is good but make sure where you walk on. It should be dirt, grass, sand, and stone or conrete. Asphalt, plastic, wood will not produce health benefit

How often do you walk barefoot? Walking barefoot on sand is the best, I think.

I love walking barefoot. I grew up that way and still do. People keep telling me to put shoes on but if I can walk barefoot I will!

If we walk barefoot, the earth, sand, stone, or grass will transmit the electrons from the earth. This electron will normalize disturbed body system.

@carebear29 yes, especially the knees. The more we walk, the stronger the knees will be

Some people don't like walking barefoot simply because they think it dangerous to walk without sandals or shoes to protect their feet.

I don't like walking barefoot because I am prone to stubbing my toes. Uncoordinated people should probably wear shoes!
