Distance education, class room or online?

I always feel like I should learn some thing new, but because I am not of college going age stop the urge. But now I really want to learn application coding for mobile phones. So which is better to pursue, through distance education, on-line or class room . Problem with distance and on-line is, the person needs to be disciplined to complete. I don't fall in that bracket.
