Psychiatrist and Case Manager Meeting

Well...since my therapist had to go out of town for at least 3 weeks due to a family emergency, my psychiatrist wants to see me again next week to check in. That's a good thing – I really like my psychiatrist. The thing that makes me a little nervous is that my case manager is coming with me to meet my psychiatrist. I've just had my case manager for about a month, so they've never met. My case manager is really awesome too; it just makes me really nervous that they are going to meet. Its probably because in the past when professionals have worked together regarding me, its always ended up harming me. My psychiatrist and case manager won't be working together, its just a chance for them to say hello to each other. So, I really shouldn't be nervous. I am though. I've asked my psychiatrist to explain borderline personality disorder to my case manager since she's not familiar with it, and other than that I guess we will just chat. I know it won't be bad but I will still be nervous.
