and no, i didn't accumulate it overnight. I'm one mylotter who doesn't delete them after. Do you? Well, i will now. It's 3:30PM here and most of you are still sleeping i know. May all of you have a good day later. And for those who are currently active, hello hello.. on to Most Recent Discussions section now.

It's almost 4am here, and I SHOULD be sleeping...but am not;). This is going to sound horribly naive, but I didn't know that we could delete notifications-haha. I thought they just pop up and that is that;).

Some of us go through the notification every day, and delete each one as we finish with them. I think it is an organized way of doing things, though it can be stressful to go through 100 of them.

we can only keep alerts up to 7days old but its taking time going through all those that ive already checked once the page got refreshed.

I have found it easier to delete them as i go. Then i know that i have gotten back to everyone that commented back to me and i do not miss someone. At least then it will keep it cleaned out. I do go through and delete all the ones that say this person liked this post or this person mentioned you in a comment. All that leaves is the people that follow you and the people that have commented back to you. It cuts it down by like half when you do that.

i also dont want to miss a comment and i used to spend so much time going through all them when my notification page got refreshed (due to my bad internet connection) i managed to opt out from those unnecessary alerts a long time ago but i still have plenty in a span of few hours.

That's a lot of notifications! I'd be crazy if I see so many notifications lying there. I always try to work on my notification list, that's the first thing I do when I visit mylot. I always go through them one by one, and delete it once I finished replying and visiting a new discussion from the commenter. I always wish I can clear all the notifications for at least awhile. It'd be nice if I have done so.

@MGjhaud But you didn't delete them once you have responded, did you? That's how you accumulated so many notifications.

Wow I cannot imagine trying to go through all those I think I would have to just delete it all and start from there on responding to any new ones I received after the delete. I keep all my notifications ONLY until I have responded back/ read them. I usually only have about 30 notifications or so at a time. Its not hard to keep up with that amount.
