Why We Should "GO COMMANDO" In Bed!

I just read an article in Yahoo that according to Dr. Alyssa Dweck, a renowned Obstetrician and Gynecologist of New York (USA), wearing underwear in bed is bad to our health. Why?
According to her if our groin area is constantly covered, moisture collects. It becomes a perfect breeding ground for yeast and bacteria. And it is even worse for men as yeast and bacteria can cause infertility.
Dr. Dweck suggests that we should “go commando” (not wearing underwears) from time to time to maintain a healthy groin. And going commando all night is so convenient when bothered by the call of nature. And for newly-wed couple going commando goes a long way!
So, let us “go commando” for good health!

I don't go commando in bed-I just don't feel comfortable at all.

Once in a while I do. Well, my wife and I have separate bedrooms. But when I go commando usually during hot summer nights, I locked my door coz our 3 young grandchildren and their parents live with us.

Ick. No. What if there is a fire, earthquake, etc and you have to run outside? I have heard of being caught with your pants down, but this goes way beyond that!!!

@ElizabethWallace Now, I am having a second thought about going commando from time to time . . . I am now putting on my pyjama all the time.

@antonbunot I once was awoken by a herd of elephants running through my bedroom in the middle of the night. At least that is what I saw in my dream. When I woke up, I realized it was firefighters running up the outside stairs so they could fight the fire in the condo across the breezeway.
I had my night clothes on, but also had real clothes laid out for the morning. I was one of the first outside, but I was also the only one with pants, shoes, socks and a jacket on. What? Wasn't anyone else in the Scouts? Be prepared.

i don't "go commando" but i wear those so loose underwear, that "air could enter" if you have the fan to keep you cool. hahaha!

I will feel uncomfortable without it. Just wear loose ones in bed.

What i actually know is that men should just wear loose boxer shorts always when at home , if they want to be fertile .

@antonbunot , nah ah, what if there is an emergency! It might be good to sleep commando now and then, but it will not be good if my neighbours see me in my birthday suit!
