Can anyone tell me one thing. If we want to help our friends they do no have PayPal account but want to work with online sites. So they can use PayPal address of their of his friend for receiving the payment.

It depends on the rules of the site. Some sites will allow you to use the paypal address of someone else, others won't. Using it to obtain payment from a site, that otherwise forbids payment to your country, is illegal.

Opening a paypal address and account is free,why not just open his own paypal account?
