As I told you in my previous post ( A wonderful evening. First it was chaos... (part one) ) the evening started in a chaotic way. I had planned one happening and had 3 different parties come for different reasons at the same time. This is when I wholly accept that I am VERY old. But finally, my brother went away leaving the heater perfect (he is a perfectionist which normally is rather trying). I thanked him, kissed him goodbye and walked him to the door. Then my daughter went away in a hurry and SofĂa left all her toys on the floor. Fortunatly they were in the second floor and my visitors did not have to go there. Now I started to relax. I showed Juan Pablo the cabinet door that was about to fall on my head, asked him to get us some glasses to have some wine while he fixed it and got cheese, salami and an eggplant sort of chutney I make to eat with crackers. I could not serve the meal until the kitchen cabinet was fixed. I was applauded when we finally ate and I applaude Juan Pablo when he finished. The fixing was perfect and so was my chicken. Carla, who is so thin that she looks like an elf, ate 4 chicken pieces. And even Sammy (5 years old) who had already eaten before, ate some chicken. All is well when it ends well.

@marguicha Isn't it amazing what can make us happy, opening the kitchen cabinets without any worring what will happen.
