Warnings, those are good things yes?
It's not so much a girly post... but well a post about a present for a girl. I've finished my nieces etsy birthday orders. Four lotions, two bars of soap, and a sugar scrub.
I hope she will like the things I got her. These are all etsy purchased items, in a pail that I bought as part of easter clearance at work.
I was calculating, and a rough estimate? I spent around $35.00 on her altogether. Doesn't seem like much does it?
I was going to get her another bar of soap with money inside (etsy sellers have them) but decided against it. I know that she used the last bar of soap with money inside enough to get the money out. I asked her if she's spent it yet and she says "not yet."
It was only one dollar. 
I dont' know why she hasn't spent it, or maybe she just didn't hear me right when I asked. Either way, I guess I won't go that route again.
Well one girl down, another to go. My grandmother's birthday is only four days after my niece's. Oh and she hasn't let me forget it either.

Thanks. It's still a few weeks yet. I may end up giving it to her after her birthday, it all depends on when I see her next versus when / where her birthday will be.

@Marcyaz Yes, she does have pretty much everything. At Christmas I just get her a ponisettia. I thought about getting her some silk flowers for her Birthday, or maybe a gift card to one of the catalogs she likes to order from.

I gave her the gifts on May 1st. Her Birthday was the second, but we weren't going to see her until after her Birthday as they aren't doing a proper party this year. She really loved the gifts.

I will probably end up giving a gift voucher to my nephew. I tend to do that with people to whom I have no idea what to get. I usually end up giving my niece money or a gift card, but this year she's turning ten and expressing interest in more girly stuff.
I think I've made a safe bet with this, and atleast from now on if I get her something like this I know it will be a safe bet.
That nephew I was talking about? He'll be 16 but hasn't expressed any interest in cars.

All from etsy. I'm not so sure that any of them can really be called organic, but it's naturally derived items nonetheless.

hahah. I'm gonna suggest she keeps all of her little lotions / soaps in it to keep things de - cluttered. She shares a bathroom with her brother, and this way she can get to her things easier.
