I want to tell you something about currency exchange. Since 1998 the exchange rate of IDR to US$ had risen from 2,500 IDR / US$1 to 15,000 IDR/ US$1. This means that our currency value dropped signifcantly. I cannot tell you the reason behind this. Since that year up to the present time the rate has fluctuated silightly. In 2002 (if I am not wrong). The Rupiah (IDR) strengthened a little bit from 15,000 IDR dropped down to 9,000 IDR, and rose again gradually to 13,500 IDR/ US$1 right now. In fact the rate changes every day ranging from 13,000 - 14,000,-- What is your country's exchange rate against US dollar? Please share.
