I have just discovered the Lingonberry !

Well, I have not discovered it as being the first person ever to have found it ( otherwise I would have given it a different name ). But until last week I had never heard of this little chappie. Now, I have eaten it twice, once in a sweet dish and once in a savoury dish. I bought a new yogurt and it had apple and lingonberry layered through it.....yummy Today we were in Lidl and I saw a pack of Camembert cheese to be baked and there was a lingonberry dip included in the pack. Very yummy. So now I am looking for recipes for this lovely little red berry and also thinking of growing some in the garden as they grow on smallish bushes. I am pleased to have discovered this little treat.
