It is raining again, but I will go out tomorrow.

It started to rain again heavily after lunch. When I woke up from my nap, the policarbonate roof I have on the terrace sounded as if the neighbor cat was dancing there. So I came upstairs to mylot some and surely, the gas went off. And tomorrow is Sunday so I will not be able to buy any until Monday. I don“t mind much though as Lili (or rather her husband) is cooking a paella for me. He is son of a spanish mother and he was taught a lot of delicious dishes. I will call a taxi to take me and hopefully I will be early there so that I can watch how it is done. And tonight I ate a very light dinner

I gather that shops over there are closed on Sundays? I have never cooked paella .. I would love to do that one of these days ..

There is a truck with gas that comes to my door and leaved the full gas bottles. The truck driver does not work on Sundays and I would not go elseswhere to buy gas unless it was an emergency.

@marguicha oh okay..but it's good that there's a truck that comes around your place .. In the Philippines, we also use gas tanks and we had to go town to get a refill.. Her in Australia, we only use electricity .. but the gas supply here is by meters like electricity ..

It seems to rain a lot where you live, is it normal?

No, this is not normal at all. The last rain, uncalled for, did lots of damage. This one looks like a normal autumn rain, nothing to worry about.
