Pulled my hamstring yesterday

So I was playing bad mitten at at going away cook out party yesterday and found out that I pulled my hamstring in my left leg.I'm in pain and resting. I'm even talking Aleve and icing it. I hope it heals fast so I would love some healing prayers. My husband seems to not care but his mom sure does. I must have done something to pull it while playing bad mitten but now it's my fault and now all I can do is rest until it starts healing. I don't like being on bed rest but I gotta do what I gotta do. At least I can blog from my iPhone.

That must be very painful. I hope the recovery is rapid.
I remember my uncle, my grandmother and her sister playing badminton once, when I was little. After several falls...the family badminton league was disbanded.

In yoga class, we pull our hamstring so we won't have an accident when playing games or doing some physical exercise.

Im glad it's only stage 2 and not 3. Only can ice /heat, elevate and rest

Pulled hammy's suck. Not as bad as shin splints, but I always hated pulling one when I ran track and cross country. And all you can really do is what you're doing, and wait.

Yep. At least I don't need surgery. It's only stage 2 and not 3

ouchthat makes me right knee ache thinkng about a pulled ham string you must have steppe dwront some way.LI hope it heals fast I will send prayers for your hamstring to heal reall fast so you will not be in such pain Shame on your huscand does he not umnderstand how painful that is?bless your mother in law for caring
