Hi guys! I've had a lot going on for the past few months and I'm happy to report some great things that have started happening for me. The biggest thing for me is that I have purchased my first home! Had my offer accepted, had a great inspection, now we're just waiting on the appraisal. My closing date is scheduled for May 27th (this is going to be the slowest month of my life). While I'm very excited about that, there are a few big projects I'd like to work on. First the outside of the home has to be painted (per the HOA) so that definitely has to be my first priority (I don't want to start off on the wrong foot immediately with the HOA). I'd also like to replace the flooring in the house before I move in, I'd like to install a beautiful grey laminate throughout the house. My third project, which will have to wait until I save up money again, will be adding artificial grass in the backyard. I will be very realistic, I don't want my grass to look fake at all! I'm excited about it all, but I can't say the money isn't stressful!!! I'm also starting my own business, I'm planning on it being a pet care/pet photography business, but it may just turn into pet care if the HOA restricts home businesses. Here's my business website :) I have also filled out an application with a new rescue (my time with the last one didn't end so well, I'd say the whole time was a waste if I hadn't been able to save 1 amazing dog) that I will begin doing volunteer evaluations and fostering for! :) Please pray for me that this all works out!!!
