What Are Some Exercises That Can Help Improve Your Work Performance?

There are so many exercise that we can do to improve our stamina especially in out workplace. It doesn’t mean we need to do strenuous exercises in the gym. For me, it is not worth to pump the iron in hours. The simple way to protect our joint structures should be considered. It is the best guide for us to protect our joints in doing our daily routine at work. The best intervention is to know the importance of Proper Body Mechanics. It's sad to let you know that It's been 3 days since i stopped my daily exercise routine ever since the new puppies came in. but right now Im thinking of sleeping early to do my usual online thing.

@Letranknight2015 I think it is fine to stop from doing exercises. I randomly do mine and I still do brisk walking.

I think deal breathing is one of the major exercise that refreshes the body and increases work performance.

Instead of using the toilet near the office, I go two flights down.

@sol_cee I also do that before. Since I am working at home, I used to go around the house and see things up what's make my family up to for the day.
