I am 51 years old now, and I realized that as I grow older my body needs more and complete vitamins and minerals to keep me healthy and active. Good thing my co-banker introduced me to these organic nutritional supplements that I believe are effective. These deliver a broad range of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support the health of my entire body from the cell up. These are not synthetic and are highly recommended by my doctor, so I am confident enough. I am using these for couple of years now. Well, I'm not getting any younger so I really have to take this seriously. How about you?

The only supplement i'm taking is vitamin C. I've heard a lot about Usana and how good it is, but I'm afraid of having some problems with my kidneys.

Well, based on what I have researched, Usana are not synthetic and they are recommended by my doctor.

I eat a well balanced diet, and reports in medical journals said most are unnecessary. I only take calcium now after having taken 22 different types for years.

I'm not taking any nutritional supplements, I only drink natural fruit juices and eat fresh fruits.

Yes, as a person gets older, the body changes, and the nutrients needed are different. I think you can do more exercise to keep yourself fit.

I heard about it but haven't tried. Am taking vitamin C that is not acidic; plus an extract of nutritious fruits and vegetables.
