I am 51 years old now, and I realized that as I grow older my body needs more and complete vitamins and minerals to keep me healthy and active.
Good thing my co-banker introduced me to these organic nutritional supplements that I believe are effective. These deliver a broad range of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support the health of my entire body from the cell up. These are not synthetic and are highly recommended by my doctor, so I am confident enough.
I am using these for couple of years now. Well, I'm not getting any younger so I really have to take this seriously.
How about you?

The only supplement i'm taking is vitamin C. I've heard a lot about Usana and how good it is, but I'm afraid of having some problems with my kidneys.

I heard about it but haven't tried. Am taking vitamin C that is not acidic; plus an extract of nutritious fruits and vegetables.
