BLuehost vs Godaddy

I´ve been thinking on buying my own domain and create my own site since last year, but I´m not sure which web hosting site to sign up with. This two web hosting sites are the ones that I have most heard about.
I went through the Bluehost process but I only got to the plans. They ask to pay in advance for whichever plan you choose. I know paying up front the first plan it would cost around 3 and something dollars.
I have not explored Godaddy.
I would like to know which web hosting to choose from these two and which one has the right tools for stablishing a business online.
Do you own your site and do you use any of these web hosting site?

@quantum2020 Hi Jose! I know this response might be already too late. Do you have your own blog already? Which hosting company did you choose? I have my own domain name and for hosting, I signed up at warpline dot com.
