Do you know what I'm talking about? Have you been following me long enough to know what I'm referring to? My daughter was sitting in the family room on the arm of the love seat. She said, "Something smells in here." I walked over to her and smelled it. I could tell she was keeping herself at that far end of the love seat. I looked at the other end, into the corner, and there was a mouse in the trap. Ech! How long had it been in there? I don't know. It really smelled. When hubby came home he got rid of it. He said it was stuck to the floor so he threw out the trap and mouse and had to clean the floor. It was really gross. So we're setting up some more traps again. I hate those critters, and hate them invading my house!

I would rather have an encounter with a lion than to come upon a mouse. We have two cats and still have mice. They hide in the cupboards. We have tried the new plastic traps without success. They usually get out of it. The old fashion ones work best with a dab of peanut butter to lure them in.

Yup. Snap them on the neck. I can't even look at mice on television or in a pet store.

We have one. Funny, though, it was removed from the plug when the furnace was being installed a week or so ago... I guess they needed the outlet. They didn't put it back in. We put it back in today.

I wish that they would simply stay outside... out of sight, out of mind!

The weather got warm but then it got cold again. I guess they started seeking warm refuge. I haven't seen any evidence of their existence in the house. Hope they stay out now. The weather should be warming up again.

Hubby said he found a hole and plugged it but what he plugged it with is questionable. He said he used styrofoam and I told him they chew right through that. He will have to check the hole when he gets a chance. I don't know where it is.
