The Minnesota Twins on Tuesday have made a roster change by placing on the 15 day disabled list right handed pitchers Ervin Santana and Kyle Gibson.
Santana is battling a lower back strain. Gibson is battling a strain on his right shoulder.
Infielder Jorge Polanco will replace Gibson on the Twins roster while Berrios will replace Santana on the roster.
Berrios was a first round draft choice of the Minnesota Twins in the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft out of Puerto Rico's Papa Juan XXIII High School as a supplemental draft choice.
