Tips to wake up energized

Getting up early in the morning is a good habit and who cultivates it really enjoys the richness of life. But, many of us do not realize how nice it would be to wake up early fully energized. The dinner you had at night will have an effect on the quality of your sleep. Most of us are fill our stomach with many chemicals, fast food, and oily stuff during dinner and it will have a definite impression on our sleep. So waikng up energized requires good observation and control over eating. One should always remember the saying 'breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar'. Yes, it is true. To have a quality sleep always have faith on fruits and light vegetables. Have a light dinner. This will digest quickly and makes you ready for the morning work. Taking morning routine is not boring but it actually gives you the direction to move out with pace. Doing light exercise does not mean going to gym and spend 1 or 2 hrs. Even a simple walk and jogging work greatly. Even moving in a garden will give the desired result. Do not go sleep until you are tired. Sleep because you are tired, but, not because it is the time to sleep.

I so agree that we have to sleep because we are tire not because it is time to sleep , though i cannot sleep yet when i didn't have at least two hours after dinner not because i am not tired .

If it is coming naturally without any effort there is nothing wrong to follow it.

I agree with the exercise tip? I ALWAYS. sleep much better after exercising. Ill keel the rest in mind. Thanks!
