Help Ralph the Venus Fly Trap!

Has anyone here every cared for a Venus Fly Trap? I bought one about a month ago at our Botanical Garden. Ralph, as I named it, did well for awhile but is struggling now. All the adult fly catching pods have died off. There are two baby pods which are still developing but I don't know if they will make it. I'm trying to give Ralph light everyday and not over water him. When he doesn't get enough natural light, I put him in front of a full spectrum light. I have conflicting reports of if he needs to be in humidity versus if he's okay without it and what temperature he should be in. Anyone know anything about Venus Fly Traps?
