There are people who love eating and it is hard for them to keep the hunger away. These are the basic tips for the people who love eating; Green Tea Smoothie: it is a very good weightloss agent. It has to be taken a little bit spicy. One will definitely enjoy the smoothie while being healthy. For workout energy is needed and this energy comes from food. So do not neglect taking food. I do not recommend a cheat meal. But, the cheap meal should not become a cheat meal for you. At least a minimum 325 calories can well be supplemented by the combination of Burger and Turkey combination. Butter-Almond with Banana A good combination that can be recommended to keep you good and fit until noon. This break combination is really povides just 250 Calories of energy as it has got monosaturated fats and protein that keeps the hunger away.

I think I will get very hungry with such combination! I rather have a proper meal.
