Would you be happy to work in a noisy or quiet work environment?

The silence in my work place is so deafening. There was a time I left my earphone at home and guess what happened that day to me? I got so bored. With my earphone, I can listen to musics, audio books and recording while doing my very minimal work.. I love how relax I am at work place but the silent environment is killing me.. But I know that I should be thankful for having a job like this.. And I consider this as an answer to my prayer. This is what I asked from God and everytime I think about it I became all the more convince that God is so good to me. I came from a stressful work environment before.. Maybe I need a lot more years to get used to it.
