Mike Silver of the NFL Network reported the news on Friday the Los Angeles Rams are willing to trade quarterbacks Case Keenum and Nick Foles to any team in the league that are willing to take them before the start of the 2016 football season.
Since the Rams selected with their first round draft choice University of California quarterback Jared Goff to be their starting quarterback in the 2016 football season.
Foles or Keenum will likely be the backup quarterback and mentor to Goff during the 2016 football season if either quarterback remains with the team this year.
Keenum recently signed a one year $363.5 million dollar contract to remain with the Rams this year.
It remains to be seen if any team in the league would be interested in getting Keenum or Foles to join their football team since they will be needing a backup quarterback on their team in 2016.

I think it will be difficult to find a trading partner. They either keep 3 QBs or eat a contract.
