The rubber duck. Most of us remember those cute little plastic toy ducks that floated around in the bathtub water that you could entertain yourself with for hours. That's … when you were little, of course. I mean … if you were a teenager or older, you wouldn't put a rubber duck in your bath water to play with. Would you? Solve this mystery for me. I live with my kids. The household consists of my husband and me; and one high school teenager and 4 adults in the 20 – 30 age range, who all share the same bathroom. You want to tell me which one of them is still using rubber duckies? No. I did not say duck. I said “duckies”. Plural!! Yes! There is a set! A momma rubber duck and two baby rubber duckies in the downstairs bathroom. They don't belong to me or my husband. We have the upstairs bathroom! No point asking who the owner is because I know none of them will confess. (Sigh.) I suppose stranger things could happen in the privacy of one's home.
