Are you on the go for a morning workout? Do you wear sports shoe and ready to go on shorts to keep yourself energized quickly after getting up from the boredom of bed?
Here, the rope exercise or skipping is ready as an ultimate exercise to energize you.
Stand erect with the ends of the rope in your both hands.
First keep the length of the rope touching just 1-1/2 inch above your back heel. Move the rope forward and by the time it comes before your feet give a little jump avoiding the rope to touch your feet. Do it 5-10 times.
Now decrease the length of the rope to 2 more inches and continue the same exercise.
If your are not a beginner and already have done it previously your can start it straightaway with the required number of 10 minimum counts.
