The little things in life

Sometimes it's just the little things that happen that make you so happy. Atleast, it was for me today. I had a bad night last night. Some nights that happens, due to my back damage and the nerve damage I have. Well, my husband knew I was up until 5a.m. because I was in pain, so he let me sleep until I woke.
Meanwhile, he fixed breakfast for our daughter and cared for her and had most of the house cleaned when I got up. I said "why didn't you wake me?" he said "why I got this, you needed your rest and your not doing nothing today." It feels wonderful to have someone whom knows your having a bad time with your pain and helps you out.

It is true. I see them as angels in disguise. We must treasure our family because they are the one we turn to when most leave us. I am happy I have my mom and my sisters who always support me in my dreams and take good care of me when I am sick.

@annierose Yes been going to the doctor for years about it and we have been trying different pain managements. All work for a little while then gradually decrease in effectiveness.

@annierose that is great. I have this pain off and on. I have had it for a few years now and my husband, my mom, my step dad and my daughter have been my angels. They have really helped me through this and taken great care of me I don't know what I'd do with out them.

@MGjhaud Sorry to hear you are in pain hopefully it will get better soon. But, yeah I know what you mean about being woken up and dealing with the pain and all.

Thank you. We have been married 16 years and he knows how I am in pain or not if there's something that needs done I am going to try and do it. So he tries to get to it before me if he knows I'm in pain. LOL
