I managed to get some working out done before my mother in law's chocolate pary this afternoon. I only got 42 minutes worth of Zumba in, but with cleaning and running after my son I managed to burn over 800 calories. I had a small breakfast too.
I did well at the party too at first. I didn't eat much chocolate, but I did eat chips, pretzels, graham crackers, strawberries, pineapple, and cheese! I'd like to believe that I didn't eat too much, but I am sure that I did. I ate lots of fruit though so hopefully I didn't do too much damage.
Have you been eating healthy? Did you get any exercise?

I started on a low sodium diet and keep to 2000 grams a day. Yesterday was my first day doing it and i had 1405 for the day so i did pretty good. I been eating alot more fruits and veggies. Hope you have good luck on yours and exercising also

Eating healthy? Not sure. Doing exercise, that I do. I do yoga and I ride my bicycle on a regular basis.
