Hi Mylot Friends, Due to security measures and threat with terrorists Govt of India and Andhra Pradesh Govt suggested to arrange a wired fencing through out the Tirumala. The fencing work already started from 2014 total 12 kms iron fencing to be built in the hills of Tirumala. By arranging the fencing the befits are these. After completing fencing around Tirumala hills there is no way to reach the hills except check posts. Protect the pilgrims from wild animals, Can stop the illigal transport of Sandal wood, Red sandal wood and other medicinal plants. By arranging cc cameras along the fencing will be more secured. By patrolling along the fencing the more security and safety.
