It has been days that my neighbor’s tenants talking out loud. As if she owns the whole town, it is so inconsiderate to the welfare of her neighborhood. I had let it go for a couple of times and ignored it. Early this morning, I woke up so cranky since this particular tenant talks so loud. I wasn't able to control my temper and confronted her. Moreover, she seems not so concern. I gave an ultimatum proposition to deal with her behavior. If she continues to brush off the incidence, I will ask the assistance of the local officials in my area and file a formal complain for having public disturbance. How are you going to deal with this tenant, guys?

Funny you should post about this. Do you notice people sometimes have sayings or signs they adopt? Like waving a certain way? They pick things up they see other do.
I've been noticing a few people around getting loud lately though not aggressive just attention getting.

@Shavkat
My next door neighbours were a nice couple and very friendly, waving to other people even if they didn't know them. One day this person in the neighbourhood came to their door and started talking to them. Each day he got closer. He was very loud. Shouted at his dog and talked so everyone could hear him sometimes. Eventually my neighbours told him he was not to come around because he was so bold.
Like you said insensitive and not caring about others.

@toniganzon I still love my life. Bad karma strikes in a perfect timing for this particular person.

I am sorry to hear. I hope she stops talking so loud and acting as if she owns the town!

@Shavkat Yes but by confronting her did she reduce her loud talking?

@infatuatedbby When she came back home last night, she didn't make any sound at all. I guess she got my point.

I'm not sure how to handle these situations. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be! I hope she stops.

@pinkCardigangirl She will stop. If not, I will file a legal case against her.

@pinkCardigangirl It depends on how serious is the case. I am pretty sure the worst solution is to be evicted in our area.

@Shavkat What happens if you file a legal case? Do they go to the home and do something? How does it work?

I would use ear plugs, but also talk to her about this behavior. As a last resource, talk to the authorities, if she does not change her attitude.

Lol, this reminded me of my brother's neighbor who has no regard when they do karaoke. Even when they transferred some how these people manage to follow since they got kick out of the other house they rent. Im so happy these days that we never had that kind of neighbor.

I would definitely report her @Shavkat . I've been in the same position before and I don't put up with it.

@nanette64 I am not also going to bend down in her level. She should know how to respect people and be sensitive enough not to disturb the peaceful neighborhood.

You are lucky my friend. You don't need to deal with this kind of people.
