It has been days that my neighbor’s tenants talking out loud. As if she owns the whole town, it is so inconsiderate to the welfare of her neighborhood. I had let it go for a couple of times and ignored it. Early this morning, I woke up so cranky since this particular tenant talks so loud. I wasn't able to control my temper and confronted her. Moreover, she seems not so concern. I gave an ultimatum proposition to deal with her behavior. If she continues to brush off the incidence, I will ask the assistance of the local officials in my area and file a formal complain for having public disturbance. How are you going to deal with this tenant, guys? Photo Credit:

Funny you should post about this. Do you notice people sometimes have sayings or signs they adopt? Like waving a certain way? They pick things up they see other do. I've been noticing a few people around getting loud lately though not aggressive just attention getting.

@Shavkat My next door neighbours were a nice couple and very friendly, waving to other people even if they didn't know them. One day this person in the neighbourhood came to their door and started talking to them. Each day he got closer. He was very loud. Shouted at his dog and talked so everyone could hear him sometimes. Eventually my neighbours told him he was not to come around because he was so bold. Like you said insensitive and not caring about others.

@Bluedoll I agree. Some people are becoming so abusive and tend to be loud.

I think i will do the same too , if the talking loud cannot be done even if you have requested them to. So, did they lessen the volume of their voices already ?

@Hatley I am pretty sure if this will continue is to call the police and ask assistance to the local officials. We have also such an ordinance. So I need to impose this simple rule to this particular tenant.

Most people that talk too loud do it because they are hard of hearing. Yelling at her is not going to fix that. Maybe someone could help her get a hearing aid if she has insurance.

She doesn't need a hearing aid my friend. She is too young to have it. The real reason, she has an attitude problem.
