Who is more beautiful Vaijayantimala or Meena Kumari?

Vaijayantimala dominated bollywood films between 1950s and 1960s. Right from Dilip Kumar's Madhumati in 1958 to Raj Kapoor's Sangam in 1964, to Rajender Kumar's Suraj in 1966, Vaijayantimala was unparallel. She was probably one of the best dancers India had ever produced.
At the same time she was outstanding actress and received filmfare awards for best actress three times.
Meena Kumari was a brilliant actress. She was beautiful and represented Muslim pardanashin characters. Her famous films included Pakiza, Saheb Biwi Aur Ghulam, Ghazal, Bahu Begum. In fact due to her beauty she played the character Noorjahan opposite Pradip Kumar in the film Noorjahan. According to history, Noorjahan was very beautiful. She played generally tragic roles, so the beauty was transformed in acting.
It is difficult to say who was more beautiful whether Vaijayantimala or Meena Kumari. The two great actresses had different types of beauty. While Vaijayantimala was outstanding in native Indian dress in Ganga Jumna and smart dress in Choti Si Mulakat, Meena Kumari was outstanding in her Indian saree clad dress in the film Bheegi Raat.

I am not familiar with either actress but looked up their photos anyway. I say Vaijayanti Mala is better looking.

Thanks John for the words. Your choice is great. Vaijayantimala with her looks and smartness had stormed bollywood in the 1960s.

Thanks Avinashji for the comments. Vaijayantimalaji was at the top of the bollywood actresses. She was the highest paid actresses between 1959 to 1966. She was an excellent dancer.
