Does keeping money -plant in South Eastern side of house bring wealth?

Many people in India believe in Feng-shui and Vastu Shastra. Even the houses that they build, they make the bed-rooms, drawing rooms, bathrooms, kitchen in the directions which vastu-shastra prescribes.
According to Feng-shui, few things which can bring wealth and luck in the family includes money - plant. The care and treatment required for the money-plant is very low. Only the plant requires watering. People can keep money -plant just like any plant they keep in the house.
The South - eastern side of the house is best to keep money-plant. If people have verandahs or balconies that the money-plants can be kept in the south-eastern side of the balcony.
Many people dont believe in Vastu-shasthra or Feng -shui and for pleasure maintain money -plants. In any way maintaining any plant in the house is good. Plants give oxygen.

we have money plants here in Malaysia too but I think it looks different from the one you shared~

Dear Chewwy dewy, thanks for the comments. You can post picture about how money plants look in Malaysia. But do they bring luck any way?

@sathviksouvik it was said by the elders that they do bring luck, but then people have also said these money plants are not suitable to be planted indoors as it tend to release something toxic which can be hazardous to the body. Not sure about the ones that you've posted though, ours is long leaved. let me find a picture of it
