Whenever, I feel down, aside from music, I choose to listen to inspiring audio books. It boost my spirit and my confidence. People need constant affirmative and positive inputs daily to keep us happy and fulfilled, but sometimes work, family or friends deprive us with positive comments and boosting words. That is why I always have inspirational and motivational books and audio books if I feel like I'm lacking of positive energy. I suggest that to my friends too. On top of my audio book is "The art of War" of Sun Tzu. Very useful in life. Do you consider Audio books too? And can you suggest audio book that you finished listening? I'd love to listen to that too.

I prefer read a book, than listen an audiobook. It's some kind of difficult to me to understand what is been saying. And sometimes is always the same voice that is reading. In my mind a have a lot of them... I don't know. It depends from person to person. Maybe I still don't found the right audiobook ;)

I love to read too as my past time. And whenever I'm doing something, I prefer to use audio book. So it will the stress from work or whatever. I usually listen to audiobook that has many speakers. Different tones of voices and different people talking to each other if necessary. It seems like I'm listening to a drama series and the images is just on my mind.

I love to listen to Audio books. The one I am listening to right now is called "She Had it Coming". It is written by Mary Monroe.
