how far would you go to help a friend?

Are you the go-to friend? Most if not all of your friends come to you to confide, ask for help.. etc? How far would you go to help? and how do you manage your friends and friendships?

I've gone out of state to help my best friend. She and I share everything. Are you that friend?

I wish I am - i really do. I just went out of state to attend my best friend's wedding and be her maid of honor when no one else in our circle would attend because they have either a job in a different country or wasnt able to file for a leave of absence.

We can say a lot of things, but when the moment comes, it's difficult to act like we said before. I can lie to save a friend. I'll protect my frien, even when he/she is wrong. I will never put a frien to choose "either I or ..."

I would do that as well but I'm having a hard time asking my friends for help. I try not to ask for help as much as I can.

I will go out of state to help my best friend, too, but when they ask so much, I will say no. Trully friendship is not everythig depending on you,but a shoulder when she is in trouble.

I have always helped my friends. I was with my best friend during her pregnancy and during her delivery at hospital. All my friends often ask for help from me because they know that I will help them with my best. Its a good feeling. If you remember sometimes those moments of helping them and smile of their faces, you will realise that those are your golden moments.
