I think for relationship break-ups,we are all to blame in a way

Just today morning,I was listening to a radio show where men were asked whether it's important for them to inform their spouses if they will be having a long weekend out.But the responses that came along raised more questions than answers because for two people in love, communication is vital.
So one man called and said that if he opts to stay out for three days,he owes his wife no explanation because this has nothing to do with what he shares with her.So it became clear that men were unapologetic if they stay out for any number of days.Women on the other claimed just being left in the dark about their whereabouts is just unacceptable and the disrespect of the highest order.
So I just thought isn't this how we create loopholes that flatly make our relationships to fail?

So that means if i were to go somewhere i don't owe my husband any explanation too? hmmm that seems not a good thing. Letting our spouses know where we are shows our respect for them.

I was talking to a guy at the weekend who told me that 20 years ago his wife 'went away for a weekend' and by the time she came back, he'd found himself an apartment and moved all his stuff out. She was cheating on him and he didn't intend to stick around and fight for her.

Yes, we should let our loved ones know where we are. It's common courtesy.
